  Adelaide Resume (AR) helped me to understand how I have shined as a professional (self-knowing) through the developed cover letter. Such an outcome occurred because AR looked deeply into and analyzed my professional information. Self-knowing is critical for finding the roles that I can shine. The cover-letter service of AR leads to self-knowing, which can help a professional to find such roles. It wasn't just developing a cover letter but MORE.

  Fair but required some editing, it does look professional and well laid out and they were also very prompt with turnaround time and put considerable effort into re-writing, though some of the terms used were from a European background or from textbooks perhaps but not in the workforce.
  I believe they were writing from an academic perspective not an Engineering perspective, they shortened my resume considerably and changed the job descriptions to be more glossier and wordy which read well, though I believe at the expense of Key words that resume reading software would pick up, I had to get some major positions reinstated that were significantly relevant to my trade.
  They also included a line that I was "experienced in dealing with major safety issues"
  Not sure what the safety issues were? but I explained that you could not just make things up to put in a resume.
  Anyhow after editing it 3 times sending it back highlighting what to amend change, delete or reinstate I decided it would just be quicker to do the edits myself and save a lot of time. I have not had any response to my new resume since I've been using it for various factors perhaps lack of key words my Age and COVID-19 could all be contributing factors, however I am now re writing some of my original terms and key words back into the new resume format and hopefully this will offer a better outcome.
  I find it surprising that I am the only person not giving a 5-star review?

  Adelaide Resume were very prompt and efficient in updating my resume, and completing my cover letter in a very short time frame. The completed Resume , and cover letter were very professional, and greatly contributed to me getting the position I applied for.
